INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Effective Date: June 1, 2017 Faselis maintains a media database that includes contact information of media companies and information about journalists. Securing confidentiality of non-public information contained in our database is our top priority. This Information Security Policy outlines the steps we have taken in order to achieve this. Our Privacy Policy describes in more detail the types of information that we collect and how we use it. This Information Security Policy applies to the users of our service that are provided access to our Software as a Service solution. As a cloud based platform, we do not access clients’ devices. We collect information for our database by reviewing publicly available sources and by calling each publication every month. Access to our database is limited only to those of our clients’ employees who need such access to perform their jobs. We encourage users to maintain adequate anti-virus software, require employees to sign confidentiality agreements, undergo background checks and training in information security prior to granting any employees access to our database. However, we cannot guarantee that all users comply with our recommendations. Remote access to our platform requires authentication. We do not encrypt any information except the passwords of our clients. We adhere to the generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee 100% security of any information transmitted to us because any transmission of information has its inherent risks. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our service.
